Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment
At VuelaViral, customer satisfaction is our priority. If we fail to deliver the service you ordered, we will make it right — either through a refill or a refund.
2. When You're Eligible for a Refund
- Non-delivery: If your order has not started within 72 hours after payment, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Partial delivery: If we delivered less than 80% of the ordered quantity and cannot complete the rest, you may receive a partial refund proportional to the undelivered amount.
- Duplicate orders: If you accidentally placed the same order twice, contact us within 24 hours for a refund on the duplicate.
3. When Refunds Are Not Available
- Completed orders: Orders that have been fully delivered as described are not eligible for refunds.
- Incorrect links: If you provided an incorrect URL or your profile was set to Private during delivery, we cannot issue a refund.
- Platform actions: We are not responsible for drops caused by social media platform updates or account suspensions unrelated to our service.
- Refill-eligible services: Services with a refill guarantee should use the refill option first. Refunds are considered only after a refill attempt has failed.
- Late requests: Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the order date will not be processed.
4. Refill Guarantee
Many of our services include a refill guarantee (3 to 365 days depending on the service). If the count drops within the guarantee period, contact us with your order ID and we will refill the difference at no cost. Refills are processed within 24-72 hours.
5. How to Request a Refund

- Include your order ID, the service purchased, and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.
6. How Refunds Are Processed
- Refunds are issued to your account balance by default, which can be used for future orders.
- Cryptocurrency refunds to your original wallet are available upon request but may take 3-5 business days.
- Card payment refunds are processed through Hoodpay and may take 5-10 business days to appear.
