3. Orders and Payments

• All prices are listed in USD and are final at the time of order.
• We accept cryptocurrency and card payments through our secure payment processors.
• Orders begin processing immediately after payment confirmation.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on service type and volume.

4. Refund Policy

• If we are unable to deliver your order, you will receive a full refund.
• Partial deliveries may be eligible for partial refunds at our discretion.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order date.
• We do not issue refunds for delivered orders that meet the service description.

5. Service Guarantees

Many of our services include a refill guarantee (varies by service, from 3 to 365 days). If engagement drops within the guarantee period, we will refill the difference at no additional cost. Contact support with your order ID to request a refill.

VuelaViral is not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms against your account. We make no guarantees regarding account safety beyond our stated service descriptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
